An easy recipe to make falafel that goes great with gyros and tzatziki sauce
Drain and rinse the chickpeas about a half hour before food prep.
Place all ingredients, except the garlic infused oil, into the food processer. Pulse until all the ingredients are incorporated and it's somewhat smooth.
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Form the mixtures into palm sized oval patties. Place into the skillet and brown each sides until cook through.
Serve with homemade gyros and tzatziki sauce.
